Dr. S Harper Griffin brings over 20 years of experience across real estate, leadership, and organizational strategy, serving as the founder and broker of Loft & Ledger with a distinctly people-centered approach. Trained at the executive level and deeply rooted in Atlanta’s dynamic real estate market, she leads with her Happy | Mindful | Well leadership philosophy—prioritizing clarity, integrity, and sustainable success for clients and agents alike.

She is the owner of Harper & Ledger Real Estate Academy, a state-approved real estate school, and has mentored and coached more than 40 agents throughout her career, guiding them in business development, ethical practice, and long-term wealth building. As both an associate broker and educator, Dr. Griffin helps buyers, sellers, investors, and agents make confident, informed decisions through strategic planning, thoughtful execution, and leadership that centers both performance and well-being.

Catherine Brewer brings over five years of real estate experience and serves as Director of Marketing at Loft & Ledger, combining strategic leadership with client-focused advisory. She holds an MBA in Digital Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, leading the firm’s brand positioning and digital strategy while helping clients and listings stand out in today’s competitive market.

With a certification in small business finance and accounting and licensure in property insurance, Catherine guides informed, data-driven decisions that support long-term wealth building. She has closed more than $1.2 million in sales and successfully assisted over 30 families with seamless relocations. Deeply committed to her community, Catherine views real estate as more than a transaction—it’s a tool for financial empowerment, stability, and legacy.
