She is the owner of Harper & Ledger Real Estate Academy, a state-approved real estate school, and has mentored and coached more than 40 agents throughout her career, guiding them in business development, ethical practice, and long-term wealth building. As both an associate broker and educator, Dr. Griffin helps buyers, sellers, investors, and agents make confident, informed decisions through strategic planning, thoughtful execution, and leadership that centers both performance and well-being.

She holds an MBA in Digital Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, leading the firm’s brand positioning and digital strategy while helping clients and listings stand out in today’s competitive market.

With a certification in small business finance and accounting and licensure in property insurance, Catherine guides informed, data-driven decisions that support long-term wealth building. She has closed more than $1.2 million in sales and successfully assisted over 30 families with seamless relocations. Deeply committed to her community, Catherine views real estate as more than a transaction—it’s a tool for financial empowerment, stability, and legacy.
